(1) Vendor needs to provide employee engagement platform.– Provide a comprehensive employee engagement and experience platform to support workforce retention, performance, engagement, and organizational culture.– To include the implementation, and ongoing support of a secure, scalable and data–driven experience platform with four main components:– Continuous listening and engagement surveys.– People analytics and predictive insights.– Action planning and manager enablement tools.– Consultation and support services.– Optional recognition and appreciation features (peer–to–peer and manager–driven).– Provide employee engagement survey services and relating consulting support.– Comprehensive employee engagement survey, analyze results, and support action planning to strengthen employee engagement and experience, culture, retention and operational performance.– Project includes technology implementation, governance and program design, system integration, data security and accessibility validation, training, communications, and transition to ongoing operations.– Establishing project governance and cross–department coordination.– Designing engagement surveys and recognition workflows.– Integrating the platform (e.g. HRIS, ERP, and identity management).– Validating accessibility, cybersecurity, and privacy compliance.– Preparing staff and leaders to use the platform.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
