Cornelius Road Park - Phase 2

Cornelius Road Park – Phase 2 includes but is not limited to, site clearing, grading, erosion control, seeding, storm drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, restroom and shelter construction, artificial turf field installation, design/build irrigation system (base bid only), athletic field lighting, fencing, water and sewer utilities, landscape planting, site furnishings, and Cornelius Road turn lane improvements. Printed sets of bid documents may be ordered through Landworks Design Group PA. The cost of printed Bidding Documents will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. NOTE THAT PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST PROCURE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS THROUGH LANDWORKS DESIGN GROUP DIRECTLY, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER.
