The Public Housing Authority (PHA) of the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified providers for Rent Reasonableness Determination Services to complement its housing management software program through Yardi Voyager Systems. The scope of work is to provide rental comparability data, software, and related services to BVCOG in order to ensure compliance with Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Rent Reasonableness regulations found in 24 CFR 982. BVCOG's PHA operates in the 7-county region of the Brazos Valley in Texas: Leon, Madison, Grimes, Washington, Burleson, Robertson, and Brazos.
