DES-2648 - USA (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) - Pilot Deconstruction Program Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pilot deconstruction program service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.• The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and services necessary to complete the safe deconstruction and removal of an existing single–family residential structure and associated site improvements• Work includes environmental testing, hazardous material remediation, salvage and recycling of materials, utility disconnections, structural deconstruction, debris removal, and restoration of the lot through backfilling and grading.• Contractor shall:• Conduct a pre–demolition site inspection of the structure and surrounding site conditions.• Document existing conditions with photographs.• Identify potential hazards and structural stability concerns.• Develop a site–specific health and safety plan• Materials to be salvaged should be in good condition such that they may be reused. Minimum criteria for salvageable material are as follows:– Doors• In good working order, free of warping, bowing or cracking.• Without major holes, dents, scrapes, or gouges.• No significant water, insect, or fire damage.• No broken glass panels, or moisture trapped between panes.• Garage doors and storm/screen doors must be assessed on an individual basis.– Windows• In good working order, free of water damage, broken glass, or unstable frames.• No fogging/trapped moisture between windowpanes(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026
