Temporary Personnel Services

It is the intent of Collin County Community College District to establish a contract for temporary personnel services. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, beginning October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027. The estimated budget is $2,800,000 for the full three-year term, and the current spend is $2,134,582 with the current vendor, Temps of McKinney. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded to one vendor unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the District to multi-award the contract. Bonds are not required for this solicitation. Although pricing for several worker types are requesting in the Bid Submittal section of this bid, the primary use of this contract is for grounds maintenance workers.
