Vendor needs to provide biohazard cleanup and remediation services to the government authority located in Yuma, AZ. – To provide on call and scheduled biohazard cleanup and remediation services across City owned property and the public right of way. – Incidents may include human feces, urine, blood and other bodily fluids, blood contaminated bulk items (e.g., mattresses, bedding, furniture), used needles/sharps, and other potentially infectious materials– Protect public health and safety through timely, professional cleanup and disinfection. – Ensure proper packaging, transport, and disposal of biohazard waste via approved facilities. – Standardize activation, response, documentation, and acceptance procedures for all incidents citywide.
