INSU-6249 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - Claims Adjusting Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide claims adjusting services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA– Liability claims adjustment and related services for claims originating from both the City as well as the City– Shall adjust claims in full compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations governing the administration of self–insurance– Administer a variable number of claims on an on–going basis as well as deal with a possible surge of claims emerging from a single incident.– Average quantity of claims historically processed is 115 claims per year– Average quantity of witness related support has been five instances per year.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
