(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan water system is comprised of approximately 280 miles of pipe, 6 pump stations, 14 reservoirs, and various related appurtenances to the government authority located in Tigard, OR.– Update the City’s Water System Master Plan– Perform water system hydraulic modeling– Analyze current and future water system performance and requirements– Prepare Water System Vertical Asset Condition Assessment Report– Prepare 50–Year Seismic Improvement Plan(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
