(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Bend, OR.• Architectural design and production of construction documents• Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering• Landscape architecture and site design• Facilities condition assessments and building evaluations• Feasibility, space–planning, and master–planning studies• ADA and accessibility compliance review and design• Cost estimating and value engineering• Permitting and land–use support• Energy analysis and seismic evaluation• Construction administration and inspection support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
