FURNISH LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAW CUTTING OF CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT

These Specifications are for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, apparatus, transportation, and all other services necessary and incidental for the saw cutting of concrete and asphalt pavement as required by the City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (“PWP”). All work will be ordered by the General Manager or his authorized representative via a written list or verbal communication specifying the location of work, type of work to be performed, and the nominal dimensions or the limits of the work. Contractor shall provide services within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving said notice. For emergency work, Contractor shall be available to provide services within (2) hours of receiving notice from the General Manager or his authorized representative. Services must be completed in a period of time agreed upon by Contractor and the City of Pasadena. Work will be done under Excavation Permit obtained by PWP.
