ACCT-26525 - USA (Cibolo, Texas) - Comprehensive Operational Audit of Animal Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment of departmental operations, policy governance, professional standards, training adequacy, risk management, and organizational accountability to the government authority located in Cibolo, TX.– Data Review – Obtain and conduct a review of data, policies and procedures regarding the animal shelter operations prior to visiting the shelter. This information will be used by the contractor to determine if Cibolo Animal Services is performed effectively, including:a. Adherence to State Law, Department of State Health Services regulations and guidelinesb. City of Cibolo Animal Control Ordinancec. Policy & Procedures / best practices for the shelter and field operations– The Consultant shall implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information received from or accessed on behalf of the City.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
