(1) Vendor needs to provide live virtual bilingual fluency testing services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• The contractor shall provide live virtual proficiency testing services including but not limited to the following languages: Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Khmer–Cambodian, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Armenian, Arabic, Farsi, and Punjabi.• The contractor must provide live virtual delivery options, including telephone and online video conference, for the proficiency testing, in addition to any other formats offered.• The contractor must provide speaking, listening, reading, and writing proficiency testing.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
