(1) Vendor needs to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.– The professional services of a reliable, dependable, and efficient grounds maintenance and landscaping.– All mulched areas where applicable shall maintain a clean, defined edge that separates lawn from bed/tree ring.– Mulching/cultivating shall take place in the dormant season or as needed. – Roadways, curbs, sidewalks, etc. are to be cleaned of landscape clippings with mechanical blowers on a weekly basis during the growing season and on every other week basis during the off–season. – This includes along fence lines, cracks and spaces in sidewalks, along building foundations, and all other non–living fixed objects. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
