(1) Vendor needs to provide billboard display advertising concession services.– Finance, design construct, install, operate, manage and maintain a high–quality Billboard Display advertising concession within designated areas (“assigned areas”) at the airport.– Provide first–class, high–quality outdoor Billboard Display advertising services which provide a venue for local, regional, national and international companies and individuals(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference meeting and site visit will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for twenty years.
