(1) Vendor needs to provide license plate recognition system to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Replace the city’s existing LPR system with a new, state–of–the–art solution that offers improved accuracy, performance, and integration capabilities.– Provide secure cloud–based storage for all captured LPR data with encryption in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with all applicable data security and privacy laws.– Deliver and install mobile broadband modems capable of high–speed data transmission for each camera or trailer location.– Real–Time Recognition: The System must provide real–time license plate recognition with an accuracy rate of at least 90% in various operating conditions.– High–Resolution Cameras: Utilize fixed–position, high–resolution cameras capable of capturing clear images of license plates under different lighting and weather conditions, with day and night vision.– Enhanced Analytics: The system must provide vehicle image analytics such as make, model, color, and license plate state. Analytics must perform with a minimum 90% accuracy rate.– Dashboard: Provide a modern, user–friendly dashboard for real–time monitoring, analysis, and management of the LPR system.– Searchable read history by plate, time, and location.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.(3) The contract period will be for twelve years.
