(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide professional, reliable, and well–screened temporary personnel on an as–needed basis– The Agency seeks to build a pool of responsive staffing partners who can help support business continuity, address temporary vacancies, manage workload demands, and provide access to skilled talent in a timely and cost–effective manner.– The temporary staffing services required include, but are not limited to, the following positions:A. Administrative AssistantsB. Customer Service RepresentativesC. Data Entry ClerksD. Maintenance WorkersE. Project ManagersF. IT Support Technicians– Service Requirements– The selected staffing agency must provide the following services:A. Recruitment and Screening:1. Conduct thorough background checks, including criminal history, employment verification, and reference checks.2. Verify qualifications and certifications of all temporary personnel.3. Ensure all temporary personnel meet the specified job requirements and standards.B. Placement and Onboarding:1. Provide a pool of qualified candidates for each requested position within 48 hours of the request.2. Coordinate interviews between agency and potential candidates.3. Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation and training as required.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026
