(1) Vendor needs to provide loyalty program system and related services.– Loyalty Program System and Related Services, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management (CRM).– The proposed system shall track player entries and behaviours by providing site analytics, real–time data analysis and reports. – Provide in–platform notifications of updates and allow players to review loyalty transactions, tickets scanned, number of entries into drawings, rewards earned, points balance, points expiring, and recent point redemptions. – System must have a CRM program that is compatible with the Loyalty Program and supports marketing needs that include but are not limited to the following: – User–friendly Template Builder for email, mobile push, In–app messaging, and SMS.– Al integration that allows actionable takeaways. – Robust reporting, and Dashboard capabilities. – Personalization. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
