(1) Vendor needs to provide AI implementation solutions. • Develop and deploy robust, scalable, secure, accurate, performant and ethical AI–powered solutions that will reduce burdens on the supply chain workforce while simultaneously empowering RMS to take better and faster decisions, grounded in an integrated view of supply and demand.• leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) including but not limited to Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLM) and advanced analytics to enhance data–driven decision–making using data sets from the RMS Data Warehouse and ERP• Develop secure data pipelines and AI–ready datasets, reusing the existing data lakehouse and connectors described in the Technical Requirements section wherever feasible rather than building parallel ones.• Development of the system prototype (MVP) to obtain continuous feedback from the client and ensure refinement of the system.• Develop the user–facing functionality, dashboards, alerts, and APIs through which recommendations and insights are delivered into Operational Center and warehouse daily workflows, in line with the Common Functional Requirements below.• AI models, services, and APIs shall be delivered as containerized applications (e.g., Docker), orchestrated using Kubernetes or RMS’s existing container orchestration platform.• AI–driven pricing intelligence: Recommend optimal markup ranges and selling prices based on debt repayment behavior, medicine prices, logistics costs, exchange rate fluctuations, product availability, and market conditions, within approved pricing policies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 10, 2026.
