(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services to the government authority located in Palmdale, CA. – Perform environmental services including, review of the approved Final EA with FONSI and performing technical studies as may be required for agency.– Tasks:• Community impact assessment.• Initial site assessment.• Natural environmental study and jurisdictional delineation.• Air quality conformity analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
