SW-120135 - USA (South Carolina) - Higher Education Payment Processing System - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education payment processing system.– Provide a comprehensive, secure, scalable, and integrated payment processing, one card, and point–of–sale (POS) solution for the college.– Current and future payment processing needs across multiple departments, locations, systems, and payment channels, including student account payments, credit and debit card transactions, ach/check payments, retail and point–of–sale transactions, one card transactions, online and departmental payments, and other college payment activities.– Solution must integrate with agency Banner ERP environment and support the secure processing, posting, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting of payment transactions.– Currently utilizes transact for certain payment processing, bill presentation, electronic refunds, payment plans, one card, and related services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
