Scope of Work: Project consist of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination, and incidentals necessary for the construction of Lake Monroe Trail Loop (AKA: Celery/Mellonville Trail). Project includes construction 8ft wide concrete trail along Mellonville Ave from E. Seminole Blvd. to Celery Avenue and 12 ft. wide concrete trail along Celery Avenue from Elliot S. to 343 Ft. East of Sipes Ave. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor's License - Bidders, cooperate and individual, must be fully licensed & certified for the type of work to be performed in the State of Florida. Completion Time: Work must be substantially complete within (255) calendar days from the issued Notice to Proceed (NTP) and must reach final completion (30) calendar days after substantial completion.
