EXTRA-72926 - USA (Stockton, California) - Professional Storm Drainage Assessment District Engineer\'s Reports, Budgets, and Related Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional storm drainage assessment district engineer's reports, budgets, and related services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. • Amend and record assessment diagrams and/or boundary maps to reflect updated assessor data, annexations, and other boundary changes for the consolidated and industrial districts, including coordination with the county recorder, payment of applicable recording fees, and incorporation of such changes into the applicable assessment documentation in accordance with the approved assessment methodology.• Review all relevant existing documents necessary to perform the work, including original and subsequent engineer’s reports and/or schedules of parcels, assessment diagrams, district formation documents• Identify all revised or added assessor’s maps applicable to the consolidated and industrial districts.• Prior to the annual calculation, identify and update all parcels having data that has changed from the previous tax year’s assessor’s roll, including updates to assessor parcel numbers and related records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 5, 2026.
