26-111 Enterprise Asset Management System

The City of Brookhaven seeks proposals for an enterprise asset management system (EAMS) supporting Public Works, Parks, and Facilities operations. The solution must be GIS-centric, cloud deployed, mobile enabled, and support lifecycle management of public assets. The system must support comprehensive reporting and analysis and integrates with the City�s existing ArcGIS Enterprise environment with minimal disruption to current systems. The preferred solution will utilize the City�s GIS REST Services API (https://maps.brookhavenga.gov/arcgis/rest/services) to access and manage city assets, preserve GIS as the authoritative source of asset data, and avoid disconnected or unnecessary duplication of asset datasets. Alternative solutions may be considered; however, preference will be given to those requiring the fewest changes to the City�s existing databases, GIS architecture, and business systems.
