(1) Vendor needs to provide screening checkpoint expansion construction service to the government authority located in Bangor, ME. – A phased renovation and expansion of the transportation security administration (TSA) passenger screening checkpoint within the 73,000–square–foot domestic arrival building.– The project includes the demolition and renovation of approximately 18,300 square feet to modernize the checkpoint and accommodate passenger volumes.– Work will reconfigure and expand the existing screening area and include associated improvements such as restroom renovations, skylight replacement, and HVAC system upgrades serving the affected spaces.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
