TELCOM-2889 - USA (Springfield, Illinois) - Non VOIP Telephone System Maintenance Service - Deadline August 20,2026

Vendor needs to provide non VOIP telephone system maintenance service to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. – Provide procurement, installation, Move, Add and Change (MAC) activity, preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance statewide for telephone systems, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems, call recording systems, Voice Mail/Automated Attendant (VM/AA) systems and embedded base equipment. – Software updates: Vendor shall keep a spreadsheet with all logins and passwords and shall be available to agency upon request.– Installation and services: Coordination of ordering, provisioning, installation, acceptance testing/turn–up.– Ongoing training and support.– Vendor customer service notification center: Vendor shall be accessible via a toll–free number and respond to maintenance calls 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including weekends and all holidays.
