DRA-12044 - USA (Boise, Idaho) - Facility Site Test Fit Study Service - Deadline December 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility site test fit study service to the government authority located in Boise, ID. – The study must inform, success criteria, study boundaries, planning horizon, stakeholder map, review and approval points, and communications protocol.– Inventory and review owner–furnished drawings, surveys, title and easement documents, prior studies, operating information, event data, maintenance records, site records, agreements, and other relevant materials.– The facility test fit study and the financial advisory and debt capacity analysis.– Initiation, existing information, and basis of planning.– Stakeholder, user group, and operational engagement.– Event, assembly, and specialty systems planning.– Right–of–way vacation analysis, required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.
