(1) Vendor needs to provide construction design builder service to the government authority located in Lincoln, RI. • Provide design–build services in consultation with the revolving fund building committee for the purpose of designing and constructing: a new athletic complex at field, new tennis courts at the high school, a renovated track and field throwing area at the high school, a new multipurpose/softball field at the high school, a new playground at central elementary school, a renovated baseball field at the high school, and reconstructed tennis courts and baseball infield at for the school district.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 29, 2026 (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 19, 2026.
