(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study service to the government authority located in South San Francisco, CA. – Provide total compensation study for all city job classifications, and classification studies for selected city positions.– This study is to provide benchmark data for city compensation for use in salary and benefit negotiations with the city’s labor organizations and unrepresented employee groups, and to provide a job analysis of identified city positions or classifications to ensure that each position is appropriately classified.– Collect data from identified benchmark cities or agencies to identify matching job classifications, based on job description content and other relevant information such as organizational charts and agency budget.– Collect compensation data from identified cities or agencies on matching job classifications in accordance with the survey methodology.– Reclassification studies for up to three individual positions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
