(1) Vendor needs to provide global audience and market insights services to the government authority located in New York.– Full–service insights agencies to provide audience and market intelligence services on an as–needed basis globally, regionally and locally. – Provide timely, high–quality, cost–effective and actionable audience and market intelligence that supports evidence–based decision–making across fundraising, partnerships, advocacy, communications, supporter experience and innovation priorities(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
