(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Nashua, NH.• Attendance at weekly site meetings.• Participation in site visits as necessary.• Provide support to the city’s construction manager.• Review and approve or reject of all of contractor’s submittals, such as shop drawings, product data and samples as well as proposals for alternates, substitutions or VE changes.• Prepare change orders and construction change directives, with supporting documentation and data for owner’s approval and execution in accordance the contract documents.• Review, certify and process the contractor’s schedules of values and applications for payment in accordance with the owner’s procedures.• Make recommendations to city to reject work that does not conform to the contract documents.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
