Parcel 132 and Parcel 94 Triangle Cleanup (2026)

The PORT is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) teams interested in providing professional Environmental and Civil consulting services to assist the Port with planning, permitting, surveying, design, and constructions services for the Parcel 132 and Parcel 94 Triangle Cleanup Project. The PORT anticipates awarding one (1) Professional Service contract. The anticipated period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, extension of the contract is at the sole discretion of the PORT, for a possible total of four (4) years. The successful respondent may be precluded from competing for, or participating in, subsequent contracts that are the direct result of or primarily generated by, the work performed under the contract resulting from this procurement. Partial funding of this project is being provided by the Environmental Protection Agency. All terms and conditions included in the grant agreement between the Port of Tacoma and Environmental Protection Agency are fully incorporated into the agreement with the Firm.
