(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and painting services to the government authority located in DeLand, FL.• Cleaning and painting project services to (1) clean and paint all structural steel on the bascule and flacking spans and select machinery, (2) install web repair plates, (3) replace bolt/rivets, (4) remove abandoned air buffers and strike plates, and (5) disassemble bearings, clean, re–pack with grease, and replace grease fittings at the auxiliary drive for the span drive machinery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
