EXTRA-78089 - USA (Bedford, New Hampshire) - Owner Project Manager Municipal Facilities Service - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide owner project manager municipal facilities service to the government authority located in Bedford, NH.• The initial contract will be for pre–design services including but not limited to advice and consultation, coordination with Facilities Committee and other stakeholders, review of potential projects and development of concepts and estimates for further consideration.• Additional services include financial instrument procurement, development and total project administration.• The OPM shall advise the Owner on all matters of Construction and Risk Management. – The OPM shall advise the Owner and the Architect on project phasing and schedules. – The intent of the phasing plan is to allow for cost effective construction schedules while maintaining safety for town staff and the public at town facilities. – The OPM shall create a “Financial Timetable” geared toward the proposed project phasing and schedules and recommending how to group together the various phases of the project to assist in determining the best financing options available (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
