Vendor needs to provide data repository system. – The Contractor shall design, develop, implement, deploy, and support a new standalone web–based data repository and analytics platform that integrates with the existing National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) through agreed API mechanisms.– The contractor shall develop a web–based platform with functionalities that include:1. User and Access Management2. Data Management and Integration3. The platform shall include:• Data ingestion from multiple sources• API integration with SIPSN and future interoperability with external systems• ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes• Data validation and quality control mechanisms• Metadata management and standardized data protocols• Import/export functionality in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF, JSON)4. Dashboard and Analytics Features: The platform should provide interactive dashboards and reporting capabilities to support monitoring and decision–making.5. Citizen Science Module:• Community–based data submission interface• Beach clean–up and waste monitoring data submission forms• Validation and moderation workflows for submitted data• Public users shall be required to register prior to submitting data6. System Infrastructure and Security:• Secure database management• Backup and recovery mechanisms• Cybersecurity protections and secure data transmission• Scalable and modular system architecture• Interoperability with existing government systems
