(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities master plan develop service to the government authority located in Elizabeth, CO. • Consulting firms to develop a comprehensive facilities master plan.• The project will evaluate current municipal facilities, forecast future space and operational needs, assess facility conditions, and provide strategic recommendations for the use, improvement, expansion, consolidation, replacement, and development of town facilities over a twenty–year planning horizon • Existing conditions and facility condition assessments, demand and needs analysis, space programming, alternatives analysis, a capital improvement plan, an implementation strategy, and stakeholder engagement, culminating in a final facilities master plan.• GIS–based facility inventory (if applicable)• Workflow efficiency• Develop stakeholder engagement strategy• Refine work plan and schedule• Space Demand Analysis• Population growth projections• Public meeting space needs• Community development(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
