(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted NG911 call handling solution.• Replace and enhance their current NG911 call handling system with a fully i3 capable and enabled IP based NG9–1–1 compatible platform.• Solution that focuses on open architecture technology, industry standard components, and a system that is capable of being upgraded without major changes to the infrastructure for the duration of the system’s expected life cycle.• 9–1–1, emergency administrative, SMS, non–emergency administrative calls and abandoned calls by both configurable audible and visual means.• Call Answer Prioritization: allow genovation keypads to answer the call based an automatic prioritizing in the following order.• 9–1–1, including text to 9–1–1 (oldest ringing 9–1–1 call answered first), 10–digit emergency calls, non–emergency calls. For each class, the oldest call within that class should be answered first.• System shall provide the receipt and management of 9–1–1 text and multimedia calls as delivered• Abandoned 9–1–1 Calls: System shall provide a visual and audible notification for any abandoned 9–1–1 calls.• Automatic Call Distribution: Solution must offer an automatic call distribution/sequencing feature.• Instant Messaging: The solution shall provide an instant messaging feature between users of the system.• Instant Recall Recording: It must have advanced record, playback and digitized voice functions. • System Telephone Circuit Interface: system shall support basic SIP trunk interface to local administrative phone systems(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
