Frederikssund Kommune udbyder en kontrakt om levering, implementering og drift af et samlet IT-system til håndtering af kommunale bookinger, tilskud, foreningsregister og fritidspas. Frederikssund Kommune har ca. 47.000 indbyggere og et aktivt foreningsliv, som understøttes gennem tilskudsordninger og adgang til kommunale faciliteter. Formålet med udbuddet er at anskaffe en samlet digital løsning til: •booking og administration af kommunale faciliteter og lokaler, •oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af foreningers stamoplysninger samt foreningsregister, •administration og udbetaling af tilskud og puljer, •håndtering af fritidspas. Løsningen skal effektivt understøtte Ordregivers administrative arbejdsgange og samtidig give foreninger og borgere en enkel og brugervenlig adgang. Ordregiver tilstræber én fælles indgang for de primære brugere (Ordregivers foreninger) til al kommunikation vedrørende tilskud og faciliteter. Løsningen skal være intuitiv at anvende for alle brugergrupper, herunder ældre borgere.
