(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel management and dispensing system. – Provide current–production, commercial fleet–fueling equipment suitable for continuous outdoor use by governmental, public–safety, public–works, and other essential fleet operations.– Provide a centralized, supported software platform capable of managing both fueling locations through a single administrative interface.– Management of vehicles, equipment, employees, drivers, departments, fuel types, authorization rules, credentials, sites, pumps, and reporting groups– The cost of replacing the fuel management controllers and related software.– The cost of any recommended or optional equipment and features.– Software licensing, subscription, hosting, maintenance, and support charges.– The software and reporting for the fuel dispensing system.– Fuel management software, hosting, and support.– Fuel dispensing equipment.  – Data export and retrieval processes.– Fuel–consumption and vehicle–use reporting.– Fuel management controllers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.
