(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment marketing program services. – Development and execution of a comprehensive, data–driven television and streaming media campaign.– Assign a designated point of contact to operate in a program manager capacity and oversee all aspects of contract execution– All contractor–managed platforms, dashboards, and software tools required under this contract shall be fully operational, configured with agency branding, workflows, and role–based user permissions– Provide monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports covering all contractor–performed activities– Local SEO performance for the sixteen (16) priority locations: keyword search ranking position trends, Google Business Profile search visibility scores, total review count, average review rating, and review response rate– Email and SMS campaign performance for the sixteen (16) priority locations: total sends per location, delivery rates, email open rates, review solicitation response outcomes, and unsubscribe rates;– Media campaign performance (when active): total impressions, cost per thousand impressions (CPM), total clicks, click–through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion actions, conversion rate, cost per conversion, and platformlevel expenditure– Creative template platform utilization: number of active user accounts, number of template exports during the reporting period, and total unique assets downloaded.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
