(1) Vendor needs to provide housing program inspector service to the government authority located in Salem, MA.         • Housing program inspector consultant shall perform specialized office and fieldwork for housing rehabilitation projects, which may include lead abatement, as well as other development and construction projects as assigned.• Housing rehabilitation program.• Housing quality standard inspection(2) The contract period will be for one year.           (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
