EQU-18646 - USA (Vineland, New Jersey) - Commercial Laundry Equipment and Coinless Payment System Concession Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial laundry equipment and coinless payment system concession services to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ. – Provide all hardware, software, kiosks, networking, and technical support necessary for continuous system operation. – Provide and maintain a secure coinless payment system supporting one or more of the following: – Mobile application – Debit and credit card – Reloadable laundry card system – Ensure payment systems allow residents to initiate transactions, reload accounts or cards, access balances, and utilize secure payment methods. – Remit revenue–sharing payments to agency on a monthly basis unless otherwise approved. – Ensure all washers are commercial–grade, front–loading, high–efficiency, and designed to reduce water and energy consumption. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
