(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment plant emergency backup power system to the government authority located in Terrell, TX.– The Project involves the design of a backup power system for the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and High Service Pump Station (HSPS).– Installation of two dedicated standby generator systems – one serving the WTP and one serving the HSPS. – Each generator is designed to supply power to its respective 4.16 kV main switchgear, which distributes power to critical treatment and auxiliary facility loads. – An automatic transfer switch (ATS) is utilized to facilitate transfer between normal utility power and emergency generator power in the event of an outage.– The design also includes a load bank docking station, along with associated driveway access and paving clearance, to support routine maintenance and operational testing of the generators.– Project includes construction of two generators, two switchgears and one transformer. – There will be a proposed access drive and sidewalk around the equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
