(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Platte, MO. – General Cleaning:- Sweeping and mopping of all floors- Dusting and wiping of all surfaces, including desks, chairs, and shelves- Trash removal and disposal- Cleaning of entrance areas and reception spaces- Cleaning of Chamber Board Room dais and floors– Restroom Maintenance:- Disinfecting and cleaning of all restroom fixtures- Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper- Trash removal and disposal– Kitchen/Break Room Cleaning:- Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces and appliances- Washing dishes and utensils if applicable- Trash & recycling removal and disposal– Floor Care:- Vacuuming carpets and rugs in all public spaces and offices- Sweeping and mopping tile and hard surface floors– Front Door Cleaning:- Glass Door and entryway cleaning on a regular basis- Interior front windows cleaning on a regular basis(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
