(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational healthcare and physician services to the government authority located in Woodbridge, NJ. • Occupational healthcare and physician services are designed to ensure the delivery of quality medical care, consultation and health care solutions for all authority employees include to, the following: in–house consultation, examination and treatment, referrals to specialists, diagnostic testing, prescribing/dispensing of prescription drugs as well as overall medical case management of workers' compensation claims. • Physician services provider shall conduct pre–employment physical examinations of prospective authority employees.• Physician Services Provider will have day–to–day reporting responsibility to the Director of Human Resources or their designee.• Comprehensive leave management: utilize the authority’s comprehensive leave management and software system.• Workers' compensation: provide comprehensive case management services for workers' compensation program.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
