EXTRA-79277 - USA (Lee’s Summit, Missouri) - Supplemental Probation Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental probation services to the government authority located in Lee’s Summit, MO. – To provide supplemental probation supervision and related services for defendants placed on probation by the agency on an as needed basis.– The Municipal Judge shall retain exclusive authority to establish, modify, enforce, extend, revoke, or terminate probation and to determine whether a defendant has complied with the orders of the Court.– Provide probation supervision services for defendants referred by our Municipal Judges.• Enroll and orient defendants placed on probation, including explaining probation requirements, reporting expectations, deadlines, fees, and consequences of noncompliance. • Maintain regular contact with defendants as appropriate based upon the requirements established by the referring Municipal Judge. • Monitor defendants for compliance with all conditions of probation and directives of the Municipal Judge. • Monitor and identify, to the extent reasonably available through authorized criminal justice information systems or other lawful means, arrests, citations, or new criminal charges occurring during the probationary period. • Monitor and verify completion of court–ordered programs, classes, treatment, evaluations, community service, or other probation conditions • Monitor payment of court–ordered fines, restitution, court costs, probation fees, and other financial obligations as directed by the Court. • Court Attendance• Required Programs and Services• Probation Case Management• Probation Violations and Noncompliance• Successful Completion of Probation Conditions• Staffing and Qualifications• Accessibility and Communication• Reporting• Records, Confidentiality, and Information Security• Coordination with the Municipal Court• City and Municipal Court Authority(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on November 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
