HEALTH-10826 - USA (San Diego, California) - Community Input and Planning Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community input and planning services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Support agency Behavioral Health Services (BHS) community engagement and behavioral health planning activities, including the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Community Planning Process (CPP), alignment with the agency’s Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and other related behavioral health and cross–system planning efforts. – Provide ongoing opportunities for individuals with lived behavioral health experience, family members, providers, community organizations, tribal partners, managed care partners, and other stakeholders to share feedback and perspectives related to behavioral health services, community needs, barriers, priorities, planning efforts, and system improvement activities.– Establish, organize, and facilitate Community Planning Committees (CPCs) and other recurring engagement activities for assigned stakeholder groups.– Recruit, support, and maintain recurring participation within CPCs and facilitate discussions related to community needs, barriers, behavioral health priorities, and other topics relevant to the assigned stakeholder population. – Support ongoing participation by individuals and families with lived behavioral health experience within CPCs and related engagement activities. – Conduct outreach, engagement, facilitation, documentation, and reporting activities that support establishment and ongoing participation within CPCs and related engagement activities for assigned stakeholder populations.– Gather, document, summarize, and report stakeholder feedback, concerns, priorities, recommendations, and group–specific input to agency to help inform behavioral health planning, implementation, and community engagement activities.– Support awareness of behavioral health planning activities, engagement opportunities, specialty behavioral health services, access pathways, and other relevant behavioral health system information among assigned stakeholder populations, activities may include sharing information through CPCs and related engagement activities and coordinating presentations or informational discussions relevant to the assigned stakeholder population.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
