(1) Vendor needs to provide technology support service to the government authority located in Valhalla, NY. – The Vendor shall provide comprehensive, end–to–end desktop and end–user device services across all locations.– End–User Device Lifecycle Management:• Maintain complete and accurate inventory of all devices• Define and enforce device standards and configurations• Perform hardware and peripheral assessments across all sites• Conduct gap analysis and identify required devices and upgrades• Coordinate procurement aligned to approved standards• Manage device staging, imaging, and configuration• Execute deployment across all sites• Support device refresh cycles and replacements• Decommission and dispose of legacy equipment– Desktop Support and Field Services:• Break/fix support for hardware and software• Support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals• Printer and label printer support• Mobile workstation and cart support• Scanner and specialty device support• Mobile Devices• User–facing troubleshooting and resolution• Field Services Requirements• Dedicated on–site coverage at major locations• Scheduled and on–demand support• Walk–up and ticket–based support models– Device Deployment and Execution• Develop deployment plans and schedules• Coordinate multi–site rollout activities• Manage logistics for hardware delivery and staging• Execute imaging and configuration workflows• Provide hands–on coordination during deployments• Ensure consistency across all locations – Device Validation and Operational Readiness– Service Desk Integration and Incident Management– Asset and Configuration Management– Reporting and Performance Management– Transition and Knowledge Transfer– Staffing and Delivery Model Expectations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) All the Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
