STAFF-16763 - USA (Washington, DC) - Records Management Specialist Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide records management specialist service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Temporary support personnel will provide essential administrative and secretarial assistance, serving as the primary administrative resource for Division leadership and staff while maintaining a responsive connection to daily office operations.– Working independently with minimal supervision, the temporary support personnel will perform clerical and secretarial duties that require knowledge of office procedures, agency programs, and organizational workflows.– Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling, maintaining files, supporting project documentation, and using office software to assist with records tracking and administrative coordination.– The Contractor shall complete the on–boarding process within 21 days from the Candidate selection.– The surrender of all passes, special identification badges, and credentials, passwords, combinations, etc., issued in connection with employment in the agency.– The Contractor will be notified via a “Request for Resumes” to provide temporary staff resources.– The Prime Contractor shall provide to the agency personal information for each engaged Resource including address, phone number, personal email, emergency contacts, and social security number.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
