(1) Vendor needs to provide depository, banking, and investment services to the government authority located in Manchester, MO. – Provide comprehensive depository, banking, treasury management, and investment services.– Safeguard public funds, provide reliable transaction processing, strengthen fraud prevention, improve operational efficiency, and obtain competitive fees and earnings.– Select one primary banking institution but reserves the right to maintain other banking relationships and separately procure services when advantageous.– Account and Depository Services:• Provide operating and special–purpose accounts; interest–bearing accounts where appropriate and permitted.– Physical Deposits and Cash Handling:• Branch and night deposits, bags and keys, cash and coin processing, change orders, cutoff times, funds availability, verification, discrepancies, returned items, and emergency alternatives. – ACH Services:• Provide payroll, vendor payment, collection, and other authorized ACH services.– Payroll Services:• Support biweekly payroll. – Check and ACH Fraud Prevention:• Provide check positive pay, payee positive pay, ACH blocks or filters, exception reporting, alerts, and controlled limits.– Online Banking:• Provide balances, transaction reporting, ACH and wires, workflows, positive–pay decisions, remote deposit, transfers, statements, images, and report downloads.– Customer Service:• Provide primary and backup representatives, routine and emergency contacts, escalation and response standards, initial training, training after significant changes, quarterly reviews.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
