(1) Vendor needs to provide elementary writing program services to the government authority located in Philippi, WV.– Comprehensive K–5 writing curriculum that provides explicit, systematic instruction aligned with the science of reading and the college– and career–readiness standards.– Curriculum must include comprehensive resources for both teachers and students and support implementation across all elementary grade levels.– Instruction for students in Kindergarten through Grade 5.– Teacher editions, instructional guides, and professional resources.– Digital access for students and educators, including assessment and progress–monitoring tools.– Professional learning and implementation support options.– Evidence of successful implementation and measurable student achievement outcomes.– Alignment to Science of Reading research and evidence–based instructional practices.
